Vinyl Graphics Installer (Automotive and Interior)

Responsibilities
- Install a wide range of indoor and outdoor vinyl graphics, including fleet and show vehicles, architectural wraps, signage and murals
- Perform full and partial wrap installations, including die-cut lettering, logos, color changes and transition wraps
- Ensure quality and consistency across projects, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Collaborate closely with production and design teams, as well as interface with clients when needed
- Mentor junior installers and contribute to team training as leadership opportunities arise
- Help define and evolve installation processes as we expand the department
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in vinyl graphics installation
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a leader within a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively on-site
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain professional client relationships
Bonus Skills (Great to Have)
- 3M Certification or equivalent – we will send you to be trained
- Experience in estimating install times or managing install projects
- Ability to help train and guide junior installers
