Basing our rebranding on the visual style of the fiberoptic lines enabled us to produce a thoughtful, innovative brand identity that brings a bright, unique perspective to the telecom industry.
For the complete website evolution, the JRT team combined smart UX/UI strategy, modern layout, intuitive content structure, SEO, custom CMS and a beautiful interface to increase brand equity, customer engagement and retention.
We collaborated with the JRT video team, Steady Mobb, to showcase the new brand look and reaffirm the Clear Rate brand promise in this Brand Reveal video, which was shown at the corporate Town Hall event.
The new brand rollout extended into wearables featuring the up-to-date Clear Rate logo for sales and service people. Customers and prospects were also sent a mailer introducing the new brand so they would easily understand the updates to both the website and billing, while also making the service team easily recognizable in the field.
